Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Services was founded by Jess Thomas. Jess has always loved cleaning, ever since she was younger and used to clean her sister's bedroom! Supported by a trusted and experienced team, Jess set up her business in 2017 to provide a 'best in class' service to clients across the Whitchurch area.


Strong values, clear communication and the utmost respect for clients' homes and businesses is what sets Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Services apart. Jess also follows sustainable cleaning practices, using reusable bottles and Jangro cleaning products which are safer than traditional chemical cleaners.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Whitchurch but travel to all surrounding areas including Wem, Tilstock, Prees,, Malpas and South Cheshire.

Do you need equipment?

You don't need to provide anything. We want to make things super easy. We have a professional team who carry all equipment and products with them.

Do we leave a key?

Whether you prefer to leave a key in a safe place or provide us with a spare one, your property is safe with our trustworthy and insured cleaners.

Should we leave the house?

Not at all. You just need to make sure we can clean around your property freely, so the team may ask you to move from a room while they tackle the area.

Do we need to do anything before the clean?

We do recommend you leave your property tidy, (remove any clutter) so we can make the most of our cleaning hours and ensure your home is sparkling.

How long should we book?

We have a system to help us produce an estimated time and quote on the work required. If you have a budget in mind please let us know. We have a 2 hour minimum booking time.


How do we pay?

If you're a domestic client, please pay via our direct debit system. We use GoCardless to collect all weekly payments. All commercial clients are invoiced at the end of the month and given a 30 day period to pay. Please note there is a cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.

What happens if I need to cancel a clean?

If you need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible. If you chose to cancel after your initial booking, a cancellation fee may be required.
